The refund applies only to purchases made directly through our App.

 

The service/product must not have been fully utilized or consumed.

 

In case of a technical issue, users must provide a detailed explanation and supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots) of the problem.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
